Situated on 1 quiet acre, tucked away at the end of the road in a residential neighborhood means no through traffic. We are a quick 10-15 minutes to the Kenai and our "out of the way" fishing holes or 45 minutes to the Russian River. Backyard with a deck, a Propane grill, and a fire pit.
The Garage has places to hang your fishing poles, and all your gear, a chest freezer for your catches, and a place to play a game of darts and cornhole for outside.
Whether you're heading out for fishing, hiking, stocking up on supplies, or dining out after a day of exploration, everything you need is just a 10-minute drive away.
Take Day trips to Seward with Glacier Cruises and The Alaska Sealife Center or Homer with world-class Halibut Fishing and home of the “Salty Dog Saloon”.
